冷麵也要「做自己」!

發想一道新料理跟創作並無兩樣，即便如冷麵，看來好像很簡單的餐點，卻花上樂加老闆不算短的時間，來思考如何冷得恰到好處、麵體不會硬掉、還能應付人多時的點餐需求、還有sauce眉眉角角的東西一大堆。

所有的技術都在老闆的腦袋瓜中運轉，他會很無厘頭跟採訪記者說：我沒有技術來源。對於餐廳部落格編寫者的我來說，每每要捏一把冷汗，這個老闆，唉，連冠冕堂皇的應酬話都說不出來……。早在七月中，我就找好冷麵的搭配歌曲及撰寫角度，我也早早就稱讚過，”試吃”真是唇齒留香 (做為該餐廳部落格編寫者的唯一好康，就是可以早早吃到老闆稀奇古怪的”idea”)。

然而，老闆不是在添裝迴廊的電風扇，或者就在油漆他的一樓 Sunny Room……。就在完全狀況外的日子裡，聽到了傑森瑪耶茲 Jason Mraz 最新專輯《活出自我》，讓我茅塞頓開，馬上抽換樂加冷麵的主題歌。是的，世界上所有的創作都相同，要絕對的放空，讓腦袋足夠的休息，要有好的心情，讓創作的能量自動補滿。

當創作能量湧現，就能找到製作冷麵的最佳食材及調理方法，冷麵也要”做自己”make it mine……。雖然有點”遲到”，但在這首讓人十分心情放鬆的爵士搖滾歌曲中，你所聽到的真摯熱情、恬然自在，也能在樂加的冷麵中，同樣嚐到那股積極的愉悅、淋瀝盡致的痛快。
